Home GuardianSM is a five step process:

Step 1. An inspection is conducted of the entire structure(s) to determine the types of pests, where they might hide and conditions favorable to their presence.

Step 2. We then identify the pest species and its ability to do harm to you and your family. Proper identification is essential to effective pest elimination.

Step 3. Determine the tolerance levels of the pest to cause harm.  At times this could mean insects or rodents infesting your food......or could even be as serious as damage being done to your home.

Step 4. Home GuardianSM monitoring stations are placed at regular intervals along the entire exterior perimeter of the structure - always on guard from damaging termites. Additional treatment strategies may be involved and include things such as: physical removal of insect evidence, caulking, foam sealing, permanent exclusion, lighting adjustment and/or baiting technology may be used as well.

Step 5. Follow-up at designated intervals with a Wood Damage Warrantee.
