Thankful to Brian for saving us money
We were selling our house and the buyer had a wood infestation inspection done. The inspector (not Quik Kill) said we had visible damage that needed to be fixed and treatment needed to be done for termites (and gave quote). We didn't understand this as we had lived in the house for 24 years and never had an issue. I am not one to just go with the first quote; I like to research and get at least 2 if not 3 quotes on something like this. Quik Kill came up in my search and had great reviews. I scheduled an appointment online, and Brian got back to me the next day. He came over at the set time and day (we were on a time restraint and he got us in right away). He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After showing him where they were talking about, he showed us how he knew it was old damage and had been treated previously (before us). And there was no sign of anything new or recent. He didn't feel like it needed to be treated, but gave us a quote in case we still had to. We asked if he would be willing to write a letter stating everything he had told us to give to the buyer's agent and hopefully they would agree with the finding. Brian agreed and did write us a letter that was accepted by the buyer, and we did not end up needing to treat it! We had a carpenter also come, and they told us there was no structural damage; nothing needed fixing. We are so very thankful to Brian; he saved us time and a good chunk of money. And he helped us without charging us because he didn't like the fact that someone was trying to manipulate the situation. I will definitely use Quik Kill/Brian for any future pest problems once we have a new house. Thank you again Brian (if you see this).

Never would have expected bed bugs!!!! But Mike knew over the phone without even an inspection. He has been so prompt and helpful, and I have asked him lots of questions. He has been great with ideas. However, I wouldn’t wish this on the devil!!! It’s more work than an older couple can handle! ESP with bad backs! But company-wide, I think they are top of the line. The guys who sprayed could not have been nicer, more accommodating!! Everything has been explained well, even if we don’t like it! lol Hope it’s over soon but again would pick the same bunch!!!!
